99speedmart Terms & Conditions of Platform Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the 99speedmart platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions set out in this document.
1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 99speedmart ("Platform", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, content, and features made available through our platform, including the website and mobile application.
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 99speedmart platform, you confirm that:
- You have read and fully understood these Terms;
- You are at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority under applicable local law;
- You agree to be bound by all provisions contained in these Terms;
- Your use of this platform is entirely at your own risk and discretion.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are not permitted to use the 99speedmart platform. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, and any changes will take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform.
These Terms are written in Bahasa Melayu as the primary language to help Malaysian users understand their rights and responsibilities. Any disputes will be referred to the applicable laws of Malaysia.
2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
To access the full range of 99speedmart services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold one account only. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You must be at least 18 years old to register. The platform reserves the right to request age or identity verification at any time, and you agree to provide the required supporting documents within the specified timeframe.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — including your username and password — confidential. Any activity that occurs under your account is considered your own. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify the 99speedmart support team immediately.
We will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access accounts is strictly prohibited.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
99speedmart users agree to use this platform for lawful purposes only and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. By using the platform, you agree that you will not:
- Using the platform for any fraudulent, unlawful, or illegal activity;
- Attempting to hack, infiltrate, or disrupt the platform's security systems;
- Distributing viruses, malware, or malicious code through the platform;
- Deceiving or misleading other users or platform staff.
- Using an unauthorised payment method or one that does not belong to you;
- Colluding with other users to exploit system vulnerabilities or platform promotions;
- Using a VPN or other methods to conceal your actual location in order to bypass geographical restrictions;
- Selling, transferring, or handing over your account to a third party.
Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account termination, or legal action at the sole discretion of 99speedmart.
4. MYR Payment & Transaction Information
All financial transactions on the 99speedmart platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). We support popular local deposit and withdrawal methods including FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and interbank transfers among local Malaysian banks.
General Transaction Terms
- All deposits and withdrawals must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.
- The platform reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time prior to approving any withdrawal.
- Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals are as stated in the account section of the platform and are subject to change from time to time.
- Transactions suspected of being linked to money laundering activities will be reported to the relevant authorities in accordance with Malaysian law.
- 99speedmart is not liable for delays caused by third parties, including banks or digital wallet providers.

5. Liability Limitations & Account Management Policy
Platform Liability Limits
99speedmart is not liable for any losses or direct or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to financial loss, service interruption, technical errors, or unauthorised third-party access not directly caused by our own negligence.
The platform makes no guarantee that its services will be available at all times without interruption or entirely free from technical errors.
Account Suspension & Closure
99speedmart reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account for the following reasons:
- Breach of these Terms & Conditions;
- Suspected fraud or attempted fraud;
- Activities that violate Malaysian law;
- Failure to verify identity or age;
- Account closure requested by the user.
If your account is closed at your own request, any eligible balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the platform's standard procedures, subject to the required verification.
6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content available on the 99speedmart platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software — is the property of 99speedmart or its content licensors, and is protected under Malaysian and international copyright law. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any of this content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
Third-Party Links
The 99speedmart platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for your convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement of the content or practices of those sites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Governing Law
99speedmart reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the Terms will always be available on the platform. Your continued use of the platform following any published changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
